At Written For You, every song is created specifically for you based on your personal story. Because of the custom and digital nature of our product, our policy is slightly different from physical goods — but we’re committed to making sure you love your song.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we begin working on your song shortly after your order is placed:
- You may request changes or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase
- After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled

Our Satisfaction Promise
Your song is personal — and we want you to love it.
If your final song:
- Does not reflect the details you submitted, or
- Misses key elements of your story
We will review and revise your song at no additional cost.
We’re committed to working with you to get it right.
Revisions
If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a revision within 7 days of receiving your song.
Please include:
- What you’d like changed
- Any additional details or clarification
We’ll do our best to refine your song so it better matches your vision.
Refunds
Due to the personalized and digital nature of our product, we generally do not offer refunds once a song has been delivered.
However, refunds may be considered if:
- Your order has not yet entered production, or
- There was a clear failure to deliver the service as described
Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness.
Delivery Issues
If you have not received your song within the promised timeframe, please contact us at:

We will investigate immediately and ensure your order is completed.
Duplicate or Accidental Orders
If you accidentally placed multiple orders, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue before production begins.
